Forms Booking

Business Forms booking is the art of taking carbonless business forms and binding them into a book. They can be bound as a Flyleaf, Wraparound or a Triad cover. 

Flyleaf Cover has a tag sheet front and a chipboard back.

Wraparound Cover has a tag sheet that wraps around the book enabling the user to insert it between the sets to prevent the image from transferring from one form set to the one below it.

Triad Cover is a Flyleaf Cover and a Wraparound Cover combined in one book.
